Tap a word above, or type your own. Then look at “Why it matched”.

Only show links tagged

Search looks at the link, the page title, the words on the page, your title, your note and tags. It doesn’t guess other words that mean the same thing.

You forget the title. You remember one word.

Each card is one saved link and the word that brought it back. The last one is a miss, on purpose.

Then they get lost. Up the group chat, down your feed, in a tab you closed.

  • In the group chat

  • On Instagram

A little plant shop someone posted.

  • On YouTube

A stand-up clip you want to show your sister.

  • A recipe

A one-pan chicken dinner for a busy night.

  • Maybe buy later

Running shoes with room for wide feet.

  • Meant to read

Examples to picture it. Not real saves.

How you save one

  1. Copy the link. From the chat, the app, wherever it is.
  2. Paste it in. That’s the save. No folder to pick.
  3. Add a note if you like. A few words, in your own words. Optional.

On your phone? It’s a website that works on your phone. There’s no app or share button yet, so you copy and paste.

Fair questions.

It’s still being built. Here’s what the first version will and won’t do.

Do I need to be techy to use this?

No. Paste a link. That’s it. There’s nothing to set up and nothing to sort.

Do I have to sort links into folders or add tags?

No. You just paste the link. A title, a note and tags are all optional.

What if I only remember a word from the page?

That’s the idea. When the page can be read, its words are saved too, so you can search them later. The word has to actually be on the page.

Will it understand a different word that means the same thing?

No. It matches words, not meaning. “Laziness” won’t find a page that says “procrastinate”. Card No. 05 shows this. Try a word the page would use, or add a short note in your own words when you save.

Can it find a video by something someone said in it?

No. What people say in a video isn’t searched. The words on the video’s page are, plus your note. Add a few words about the bit you liked. Try “socks” in the sample search.

What if a page can’t be read?

Some sites block it. The link is still saved. Add a title or a note so you can find it later. Try “birthday” in the sample search.

Can I bring in my old bookmarks?

Not in the first version. There’s no import from your browser or other apps. It’s for new links you paste.

Is there a phone app, a browser button or a share button?

Not yet. It’s a website that works on your phone and your computer. Copy the link, open the site, paste it.

Will it pull in what I saved on Instagram, YouTube or Reddit?

No. It won’t connect to those accounts. You can paste any of those links yourself.

Does it keep a copy if a website disappears?

No. It keeps the link and the words it read, not a copy of the page. If the site goes down, the link won’t open.

Is it out now? What will it cost?

It hasn’t launched yet. Pricing hasn’t been announced.
